Beta Terms
These terms apply to the free public beta of Santa's Logic Grid by Puzzvana. By playing, you agree to use the service lawfully and for personal entertainment.
Beta service
The game is provided for testing and may change, pause, or reset without notice. Features described as planned, including Puzzvana Plus, accounts, advertising, payments, and cloud progress, are not currently offered.
Your progress
Progress is stored locally in your browser. Puzzvana cannot recover progress that is removed by clearing browser data, changing devices, using private browsing, or browser storage failure.
Fair use
You may play and share the built-in spoiler-free result. You may not disrupt the service, attempt unauthorized access, use automated traffic to burden hosting, or republish the game and its puzzle collection as your own product.
Availability and warranties
The beta is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted operation, error-free content, or fitness for a particular purpose, to the extent permitted by law.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Puzzvana is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the beta, including loss of locally stored progress.
Changes
These terms may be revised as the product develops. Continuing to use the beta after an update means accepting the revised terms.
